Strawberry Pavlova
Ingredients:
6 eggs white
Pinch of cream tartar
1 ½ cups caster sugar
Whipped cream, for serving
1 punnet strawberries, hulled for serving
Method:
0. Preheat oven to 120 C.
1. Using Aerating/Whipping setting, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
2. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until meringue is smooth, thick and glossy.
3. Draw a 25cm circle onto baking paper and place onto baking tray.
4. Spread pavlova mixture onto circle, keeping the shape round and even.
5. Bake for 1 - 1.5 hours. Once cooked turn the oven off, open oven door slightly and allow the pavlova to cool in the oven.
6. When cool, carefully slide the pavlova from the baking paper onto a serving plate. Decorate with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
ps: exchange strawberry to chocolate & u can make chocolate pavlova with use some method or other fruit u want ^ ^
